Details

This holiday dress features a striped skirt of black velvet and flocked red taffeta.  The top has a black velvet bodice with short cap sleeves, a rounded neckline and zippered back.  Gathered waist with a red front bow and a sash that ties in the back.  Dress is fully lined and includes a layer of crinoline for added fullness in the skirt.  Tea length.
